Return & Exchange Policy – Jordan

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we handle all return and exchange requests with care and fairness.

Eligible Cases

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product is received damaged.

  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.

Contact Timeframe

Customers must contact us within two (2) days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the order to report the issue and allow us to review the case.

Required Conditions

  • A valid purchase invoice must be provided.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must not have been exposed to heat, humidity, or improper storage conditions.

Case Evaluation

All return and exchange requests are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis, and the appropriate solution will be determined accordingly to ensure fairness and product quality standards.

Air Shipping Terms & Conditions

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Delivery Timeline

Al Hamawi will deliver the products to the location specified by the customer within a maximum period of ten (10) business days. Shipping fees are included in the product price only.

Damage During Shipping

In the event that any damage occurs to the products during the shipping process, Al Hamawi will either:

  • Replace the damaged product, or

  • Refund the product value,
    based on the customer’s preference, provided that Al Hamawi is notified within three (3) business days from the date of delivery.

Customs & Regulatory Cooperation

The customer agrees to cooperate with the relevant authorities in the destination country by providing any requested information necessary for customs clearance or regulatory purposes.

Customs Duties & Taxes

The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied in the destination country, where applicable.

Courier & Brokerage Fees

All international shipments are dispatched via DHL Express. By placing an order, the customer agrees to deal with DHL Express or any local courier or broker appointed by DHL for delivery.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that DHL may charge additional brokerage or handling fees, as well as any applicable duties or taxes. These fees may be calculated as a percentage of the shipment value or as a fixed charge. DHL may request payment upon delivery or issue a separate invoice.

Al Hamawi does not receive any portion of these fees and is not able to refund any customs, tax, or courier-related charges incurred.

Delivery Information Accuracy

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful delivery, for which Al Hamawi bears no responsibility.
